Football season is approaching us. This week Bulloch Academy is having their middle school football camp. I happen to have the privilege and responsibility of being the head coach. Camp is an amazing time where both the coaches and the players get to know each other and what each other’s expectations are for one another. It is a time to focus on the little and observe how those are the things that can make a huge difference.

Right now we are at halftime of our camp (we have had two days and we have two more). What I have enjoyed the most is the kids and coaches I get to be around. I am blessed with an amazing staff and help from some of the varsity coaches. I think what Tom Landrey meant in his quote is that the game is so amazing but I believe it is the people and the situations that you get put in that make it truly amazing experience for all involved.
