I recently finished 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader by John Maxwell. Anything Maxwell writes is awesome and motivating. Here are three reasons I recommend you read it.

1. It is WAY shorter than 21 Laws of Leadership. It covers the same concepts but it a shorter read. I would read it with my devotional time in the morning.
2. The examples from history. In almost every quality discussed Maxwell uses ordinary people who did extraordinary things. I appreciate it is not just leadership theory.
3. It makes you better. Even if you never change it will allow you to learn about yourself and qualities you can improve upon.
