Book Review: The Five Dysfunctions of a Team

March 6, 2017

Last week I finished reading The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni. I can not remember if I bought this book used or someone gave it to me.

I really enjoyed this book. The first 3/4 of the book are a leadership parable. The final section is a description of the principles discussed.

The book was very easy to read. I would recommend it to anyone who works or is around people ever.

My main takeaway was people need to trust each other enough to have authentic conflict. This applies to marriage, organizations, or roommates. Everyone can take something away here.
